• Products must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
• Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Start your return by contacting our customer service at info@memoriabella.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorisation: Once approved, you will receive a return authorisation number (RA#) and instructions for shipping the item back.
3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely and include your RA#. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, a refund of the item will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
